Terri Scannell is Principal Advisor, Sustainability & ESG at OhioHealth.   In her previous role, Terri was Senior Director, social responsibility, ESG, philanthropy, sustainability, and community benefit at Vizient.  In her role at OhioHealth, Terri leads social stewardship, as well as decarbonization and sustainability practices.

Terri serves on the following:  National Academy of Medicine Action Collaborative on Decarbonizing Committee member.  American Hospital Association’s Climate and Community Health Technical Expert Panel. She is also Chair, for the Ohio Hospital Association’s Environmental Leadership Council.

She served on the Culture of Health for Business Taskforce working with the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation and the Global Reporting Initiative.  This endeavor received a World Changing Ideas 2020 Award from FastCompany. Terri created the first Taskforce for Climate-Related Financial Disclosures Issues Brief in healthcare.

Terri holds degrees in Finance, a Master of Business Administration, and a post graduate degree in Law (UK).
