Stephenie serves as a project manager for Building Optimization. She is passionate about advancing sustainability solutions that positively impact people and communities while increasing their climate resiliency.

Stephenie is privileged to have her career of more than 20 years anchored in the fields of sustainability and resiliency. Her work has included advancing energy efficiency, commissioning and retro-commissioning, organics recycling, developing organizational carbon reduction strategy, and development and implementation of renewable energy and microgrid systems.

Stephenie earned her Masters of Science in Physics from the University of California, Davis and in Renewable and Clean Energy from the University of Dayton.
