Sam serves as an Energy Engineer at Indiana University. In this shared role within both the Office of Sustainability and Energy Management & Utilities, he manages all facets of energy projects, from identification through design and implementation, culminating with verification, across all IU campuses. Sam’s work is in direct support of Indiana University’s Climate Action Plan goal to be carbon neutral by 2040. Sam champions an ‘operations-first’ perspective to energy management to actualize durable and resilience-bolstering improvements.
