As a Construction Project Manager in our Indianapolis office, Ryan serves as the single point of contact for projects and is responsible for all phases of the design-build construction project. His primary function is to ensure that the entire project runs smoothly. Having previously provided support for outreach to AES Indiana utility customers, he will serve as the primary administrator of the EV infrastructure design, estimating, and construction process for AES Indiana.

His responsibilities include design review, schedule management and planning, subcontractor management and coordination, budget review and management, cost estimating and analysis, coordination of equipment deliveries, project reporting, and issue identification and resolution.

In addition, Ryan has a background in HVAC design. His expertise includes load calculations, sizing, layout, and specification of mechanical equipment, duct and piping systems and associated equipment. With a concentration in the healthcare market, he has designed systems for hospitals, ambulatory care and cancer centers, medical office buildings, emergency departments, labs, medical education, and senior living facilities.
