As a Senior Electrical Engineer with a focus in the healthcare market, Ron has provided creative solutions for the design of power distribution, lighting design, communications, controls, data systems, and alarm systems in modern healthcare facilities. His experience includes central plant studies, as well as campus asset management planning and facility condition assessments.

Ron has more than 20 years of experience in electrical design including lighting (indoor, site), fire alarm, security, primary and secondary distribution, communications, and data/sound systems. He is a licensed Professional Engineer and Lighting Certified professional through the National Council on Qualifications for the Lighting Professions (NCQLP).

He has designed electrical systems for healthcare, educational, offices, museums, churches, dormitories, hotels, corrections and public safety, and industrial facilities. Ron is a Principal in the firm. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Akron.
