Pavel is an experienced Project Manager with more than 13 years of mechanical design and project management experience. His healthcare design expertise includes new construction, expansions and renovations, and complex infrastructure upgrades.

Pavel ensures that all engineering disciplines adhere to standards, timelines, and budgets. He has worked in diverse facilities, including hospitals, medical office buildings, emergency departments, cancer centers, surgery centers and operating rooms, and pharmacies.

He boasts years of experience in designing and coordinating the layout of mechanical systems (ductwork, piping, mechanical rooms and equipment, chilled water, hot water, steam, condensate, etc.). He has specialized experience with high-efficiency boilers, chillers, cooling towers, humidifiers, fans, pumps, terminal units, AHUs, and diffusers.
