Oliver is Director of the Office of Environment & Sustainability for the City of Cincinnati, where he leads initiatives advancing climate action, resilience, and equitable community development. Since joining the City in 2016, he has guided implementation of the Green Cincinnati Plan and helped develop innovative strategies spanning energy, transportation, housing, green infrastructure, and climate adaptation. A recognized leader in urban sustainability, Oliver recently led Cincinnati’s groundbreaking Climate Migration Readiness Plan—the first municipal strategy of its kind in the United States.
