Michael is the Thriving Buildings Program Manager for the City of Indianapolis. He attended Indiana University receiving a bachelor’s in policy analysis and a master’s degree in public policy with a concentration in environmental policy. Prior to working for the City, Michael worked as a water quality enforcement case manager for the Indiana Department of Environmental Management.
