Mason draws from a background in mechanical design and project management to deliver on our commitments and own the project. As a project manager, he has worked with hospitals around Indiana, the US Navy, and critical infrastructure clients to deliver high-performance systems with a positive client experience. His focus is on defining the project vision and values, and then consistently working towards a final product that will perform for years to come.

Before working with HEAPY, Mason designed products and systems for Oil and Gas exploration, Hydrogen fuel cell technologies, and the Navy submarine programs and managed BMS infrastructure design and installation projects for several customers in the Midwest. He leverages those experiences working across stakeholder groups to design critical healthcare environments that support patient health and wellness while achieving optimal operations.
