Lori provides leadership and direction for HEAPY’s comprehensive client relations and experience strategy. She works with all disciplines to ensure that client satisfaction is a top priority for every project.
With 30 years of experience in event management and client relations, she manages clients surveys, ensures consistent feedback and responsiveness, and provides additional value to our clients and teaming partners. In addition, she supports data management and continuous process improvements efforts throughout the firm.
Lori also manages HEAPY’s signature education events, which provide learning and development opportunities for clients and teaming partners, helping to move the industry forward and support our local community. Lori is a certified Client Experience Management Professional.
