Lisa Greene is a quality professional with a diverse background spanning the engineering consulting, automotive, and medical device industries. She began her career as an Industrial Engineer before an opportunity to live and work abroad in Budapest, Hungary, led her into the field of quality. That experience sparked a passion for quality management, continuous improvement, and organizational excellence that has shaped her career ever since.

As Quality Control Manager at HEAPY, Lisa leads initiatives that strengthen the firm’s Quality Management System, improve process performance, and support compliance with industry standards and best practices. Her areas of expertise include Quality Management Systems (QMS), internal and external auditing, corrective and preventive action (CAPA), root cause analysis, continuous improvement, and regulatory compliance.

Lisa’s experience across multiple industries enables her to bring a practical, systems-based approach to solving complex challenges and improving organizational performance. She is committed to helping teams build sustainable processes that reduce risk, enhance quality, and deliver value to clients.

Lisa holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering Technology from the University of Dayton. She is a Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), Certified Quality Auditor (CQA), and Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE) through the American Society for Quality (ASQ).

Passionate about leadership, communication, and professional development, Lisa is an active member of Toastmasters International, where she continues her journey of personal and professional growth through public speaking and leadership development. She is also an active member of the American Society for Quality (ASQ), supporting the advancement of the quality profession and fostering connections within the local quality community.
