Larry is a Senior Commissioning Administrator with more than 30 years of experience in complex facilities and building systems. He manages commissioning projects from start to finish, including acceptance testing, documentation, troubleshooting, and issue resolution, as well as technical document studies.

His portfolio includes universities, K–12 schools, industrial and manufacturing facilities, commercial buildings, healthcare facilities, laboratories, government buildings, and jails.

Larry has experience as a maintenance technician, facilities manager, union HVAC service mechanic, DDC technician, and project manager overseeing the installation of building automation systems. His well-rounded background gives him a “big picture” view of facilities, as well as an understanding of individual systems and components.
