Her design expertise encompasses special plumbing systems such as acid waste, kitchen waste, compressed air, medical gases, water and wastewater treatment, and fire suppression systems.

Kim excels at communication and coordination with other engineering disciplines and design team partners. Her attention to detail and accountability lead to better project outcomes for the entire team.

Kim is responsible for the systems concept, design, cost estimating, specification writing, and construction follow-up for healthcare renovation and new construction projects.
