Josh has a combined 20 years of experience with facilities and their related environmental systems. He manages commissioning projects where he is responsible for acceptance testing, issue resolution, and technical documentation. His portfolio of projects includes healthcare, K-12 and higher education, industrial and manufacturing, government, and commercial facilities.
As the Principal MEPCxA, Josh will guide inspiring conversations and elevate your project with a focus on energy and carbon emissions reduction, environmental sustainability, and building optimization.
Previously, he spent time as a Testing and Balancing Supervisor (TAB) and was responsible for overseeing all aspects of the balancing project, reviewing and certifying TAB reports, and providing supervision and training of technicians.
Josh was also an HVAC Mechanic and Project Manager and oversaw the testing and commissioning of several projects. His experience with many different direct digital controls and building automation systems gives him an overall understanding of a variety of unique building systems.
