Joe is a senior solar PV engineer with 16 years of experience, designing over 1,000,000 solar panels for both rooftop and ground mount PV arrays, ranging from small off-grid systems to 100 MW ground mount systems.

He has over 40 years of experience in engineering, project and construction management, working for diverse industry sectors including Solar Power EPC, Investor-Owned Utilities, USDOD Power Services Contractor, Architect/Engineers, and the US Rural Electrification Administration.

He recently assisted the USDOE with the review of renewable energy projects competing for $450 million in funding.  He has taught numerous seminars and published over 40 technical articles.
