Jim has extensive design and specification experience on hundreds of projects with low voltage systems such as telecom/structured cabling (Voice/Data), network, WiFi predictive modelling, UPS, security, sound reinforcement and audio/video distribution systems. He offers unique and creative solutions to tackle familiar challenges, such as re-cabling existing spaces, creating new signals closets, and providing a truly integrated approach to technology infrastructure.
Jim is a problem solver with practical expertise in managing complex technology design solutions, making him an indispensable resource for our project partners. He has more than 34 years of experience in telecommunications, including Local Area Networks (LAN), telephony, IP-based systems (VOIP, security, wireless, DAS, surveillance), and paging systems.
Jim holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Wright State University, and he is a Registered Communications Distribution Designer, with additional specialty certifications for Network Transport Specialist and Electronic Safety and Security Specialty.
