
With over 25 years of experience in regulatory affairs across multiple industries, Jennifer brings deep expertise in navigating complex policy and compliance landscapes. In her current role, she oversees regulatory activities related to policies, regulations, codes, and standards impacting the air conditioning and refrigeration markets.
Jennifer is actively engaged in several key industry organizations, including the Air-Conditioning, Heating, and Refrigeration Institute (AHRI), the Alliance for Responsible Atmospheric Policy, ASHRAE, and Women in HVACR. She helps lead the industry’s transition toward more sustainable practices while anticipating and shaping the future regulatory landscape.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering from Wright State University and an M.B.A. from the University of Phoenix.
