As Chief People Officer, Ginger Scherbarth is leading the revitalization of the HEAPY Human Resources Department to provide better support in the development and care of the firm’s most vital asset – our people.  One of Ginger’s primary responsibilities is to be a HEAPY Cultural Champion and ensure our colleagues know how what they do every day contributes to our overall purpose to “build a sustainable, well and more resilient society.”

In Ginger’s spare time, she enjoys running/obstacle course racing, volunteering for groups such as Girls on the Run and Mason High School Girls Cross Country.  She lives in Bellbrook, Ohio with her husband, Dan, and their Dalmatian, Bella.  Her son, Austin, recently finished up his PhD in Materials Engineering from Virginia Tech.
