Eric Noe brings to Heapy a diverse background spanning both vertical and civil construction markets, with a proven track record in business development and client engagement. His career has centered on building strategic relationships across the healthcare and municipal sectors, where he has served as a trusted partner to owners, design teams, and contractors.

A graduate of Ball State University, Eric was a student athlete and earned dual bachelor’s degrees in Construction Management and Secondary Education — a combination that reflects both his technical expertise and his passion for communication and leadership.

Eric is also deeply committed to community service. For more than 11 years, he has supported the Ronald McDonald House of Indiana through his role on the Facilities Advisory Board, and he remains actively involved in Carmel PorchFest, contributing to local arts and culture initiatives.
