Eric boasts more than 19 years of experience in the A/E/C industry, and has served as lead mechanical engineer and Senior Project Manager for almost 700 projects in the healthcare market. He is a Principal in the firm.
Eric focuses on creating lasting relationships built on trust and mutual respect, with a keen ability to resolve issues through collaboration and creative problem solving. He safeguards owner project requirements, and ensures that all engineering disciplines adhere to standards, timelines, and budgets.
Eric has designed and managed new and retrofit HVAC systems for healthcare facilities including pharmacies, medical office buildings, emergency departments, patient towers, labs, cancer centers, and specialty surgery centers. As a mechanical engineer, he is well versed in all aspects of heating, ventilation, and cooling (HVAC) system design, focusing on energy conservation and cost reductions.
Eric is a member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) and the American Society of Healthcare Engineers (ASHE), as well as past board member of the Tri-State Society of Healthcare Engineers (TSHE), the local chapter of ASHE. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Wright State University.
