As the Vice President of Livable Cities Services at KERAMIDA, Emilee leads the firm’s work with local governments, school districts, and universities to design and implement actionable, people-centered climate and sustainability strategies. Through KERAMIDA’s Livable Cities team, she supports the development of holistic, place-based solutions rooted in science, equity, and community engagement—from planning through execution. Emilee works closely with the public sector to address the complex challenges of climate change and help build more resilient, thriving communities.

Emilee brings extensive technical expertise in climate planning, stakeholder engagement, and sustainability strategy. Her portfolio includes community-driven Climate Action Plans, green school initiatives, ESG reporting, and implementation support. She co-developed KERAMIDA’s Climate Action Plan standard operating procedures and has personally overseen 18 high-impact sustainability projects, including work with Kent, Ohio; the Lexington-Fayette six-county Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA); and the Naperville 203 Community Unit School District. Emilee also develops and facilitates capacity-building training programs for clients, focusing on sustainability fundamentals, equitable planning practices, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
