As Director of Marketing Strategy and Account Management at Premier Health, Elise leads systemwide marketing strategy across multiple hospitals, employed physician practices, urgent care centers, and outpatient locations—requiring a deep focus on how consumers access care, make decisions, and build trust with healthcare brands.
Her work centers on consumer-centric strategy, including audience segmentation, omni-channel engagement, and data-driven decision making. Elise oversees integrated media strategies across traditional and digital platforms and operates in an Agile marketing environment, testing and refining campaigns based on performance, ROI, and evolving consumer behaviors. She has led award-winning brand initiatives designed to strengthen local trust and relevance, while also supporting complex moments such as crisis communications, when clear, transparent messaging is critical to consumer confidence.
