As Practice Director, Dwayne leads the Information & Communication Technology (ICT) services at HEAPY and brings more than 30 years of industry experience to the role. He tracks new and emerging market trends, provides guidance and support for colleagues, and works with his team to ensure project outcomes meet and exceed client expectations. He is passionate about finding the best solution to complex problems and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation to get the job done right.

Dwayne first joined HEAPY in 2012, with a primary focus on developing and growing HEAPY’s ICT services.  He maintains a high level of collaboration across all disciplines.  Dwayne also previously owned and operated his own firm, growing his business to a $47 million operation before selling the firm and moving onto his next challenge.

Dwayne is a Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD®), specializing in the design and specification of electrical power distribution, telecommunications, security systems, sound reinforcement, and audio/video distribution and display systems.
