With 24 years of experience, Don specializes in electrical design, including primary and secondary power distribution systems, power factor correction, lighting and controls, emergency electrical systems, motor controls, fire alarm systems, intercom and paging systems. He has designed building systems for government, mission-critical. cultural, education, telecommunications, and commercial facilities.

Don also boasts extensive management experience, providing leadership to internal colleagues and external consulting firms. Additionally, his building design experience includes managing internal and external resources to create construction drawings for new buildings and designs for remodeled buildings.

As a senior project manager, Don leads engineering efforts such as electrical and systems design including drawings, specifications, cost estimating and systems coordination with other project designers.
