David is the Sustainability Manager for Cuyahoga Community College, a position which he has held since 2012. David oversees a variety of sustainability efforts at all of the College’s campuses and locations, and his work focuses on moving Cuyahoga Community College toward sustainability goals in six areas: academics and workforce training; energy, climate, and transportation; waste reduction and recycling; green buildings and grounds; procurement; and communication and community. David’s areas of most hands-on involvement have been related to planning and implementing strategies to reduce the College’s greenhouse gas impacts, supporting sustainability in curriculum, and overseeing the College’s recycling and waste reduction efforts.
