Chuck boasts 47 years of expertise in the life safety and security industry, and he currently serves as a Senior Technology Engineer. He identifies, develops, implements and maintains security processes that reduce risk and limit exposure to liability. Chuck provides clients with technology engineering design solutions that include discovery interviews, assessments, product selection, single/multi-site planning, and field operation inspection.
Chuck is a certified physical security professional (PSP), allowing him to approach physical security design from a wholistic perspective. He examines landscaping, building condition and structure, equipment and hardware, and lighting design to ensure facilities are designed to protect the safety of occupants and visitors. He has provided vulnerability assessments and security design for stadiums, higher education campuses, and K-12 facilities.
Chuck authored a chapter on Lighting Design Approach and Strategy for the sixth edition of the “Loss Prevention and Crime Prevention Handbook.” He served on the ASIS School Safety and Security Council and has previously presented at local, state, and national events, including:

Chuck is also experienced in the design and specification of electrical power distribution systems, telecommunications structured cabling systems, security systems, sound reinforcement systems, and audio/video distribution and display systems. He collaborates with multi-disciplinary teams to provide a truly integrated approach to technology system design.
