Brad is a Project Manager at HEAPY with a specialization in mechanical engineering. He has extensive experience in designing mechanical systems for healthcare clients. His interest in renewable energy supports his ability to analyze new and renovation projects with consideration of how people use the building, electricity, lighting, heating, and cooling to most effectively size HVAC equipment and implement air distribution, plumbing, and fire protection design throughout the healthcare space.

Brad is responsible for the systems concept, design, cost estimating, specification writing, and construction follow-up for the projects. His design experience includes new and retrofit HVAC systems for chiller plants, DDC control systems, patient towers, skilled nursing facilities, medical office buildings, hospital treatment/exam rooms, and education/instructional laboratories.
