As an Electrical Group Manager and Senior Electrical Engineer, Billy has provided creative solutions for the design of power distribution, lighting design, communications, controls, data systems, and alarm systems in modern healthcare facilities. His experience includes campus asset management planning and facility condition assessments, as well as central plant studies. He has also worked extensively on central energy plant designs, incorporating microgrid considerations and ensuring redundancy of critical infrastructure for hospital campuses.

A Licensed Professional Engineer in both North and South Carolina, Billy serves as a Group Manager, helping to guide peers through engineering challenges and project complexities with mentorship and technical leadership. He is responsible for all aspects of electrical design, including drawings, specifications, cost estimating, and system coordination with other project designers. With a concentration in healthcare design, he has executed systems for various types of buildings including hospitals, ambulatory care centers, cancer centers, medical office buildings, emergency departments, labs, medical education, and senior living facilities.
