As a Senior Principal of HEAPY and our Cleveland Regional Office Leader, Bill is recognized in the design and construction industry because of his expertise as a project manager and an electrical engineer, his commitment to design innovation and a long list of high-performance building projects where he continues to focus on building long standing relationships with our clients. As he works to expand the Cleveland market, he continues to focus on providing high level customer service. Internally, he mentors the office leadership group while focusing on building and reinforcing the HEAPY culture for the Cleveland Office.

Having spent his entire career with HEAPY, Bill has had the opportunity to work with many signature architects on iconic projects. Some of his career highlights include being the Lead Engineer or Project Manager for: The Ohio State University Thompson Library and NRDT Projects, AT&T 10 S. Canal in Chicago, Mercy Fairfield’s Multi Project Expansion and Cleveland Clinic Avon Inpatient Tower. This wide range of work has expanded his technical expertise in emerging technologies and energy efficient designs in all disciplines HEAPY has to offer.
