Alex Xu is a licensed architect and design manager in the Buildings+Design department at the Cleveland Clinic. With over 12 years of international experience spanning Houston, Washington DC, and Shanghai, he specializes in bridging high-level strategy with meticulous execution. In his current role, Alex serves as the owner’s design lead for the new Neurological Institute on Cleveland Clinic’s main campus, acting as the critical liaison between end users and the project team to ensure a fully coordinated delivery. He holds a Master of Architecture from the University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Arts in Architectural Design from the University of Edinburgh.
