Working with design and construction team members, Aaron, a licensed professional engineer, manages the field observation operations for the healthcare practice we’re he is responsible for ensuring that the contractors install Mechanical, Plumbing and Electrical (MEP) Systems per the specifications and the contract drawings.

Aaron also assists with onsite installation questions to help speed up the RFI process.  He also monitors the installation of equipment so that owners can easily maintain their systems after the building construction is complete.

Aaron mentors and teaches young engineers and construction managers about MEP installation requirements and best practices.
