Woodbourne

Project Overview

The Woodbourne Library project was a $4M renovation and addition project that renovated the existing 22,000 square feet of library and added an additional 9,000 square feet. This project was not a LEED project but followed many LEED standards. All MEP systems were upgraded with the latest energy efficient equipment.

MECHANICAL

  • The HVAC system was an air handlers VAV with a condensing boiler system that included a total building BAS upgrade.

ELECTRICAL 

  • The main electrical service was upgraded and new distribution provided along with all new LED light fixtures throughout the entire building.

PLUMBING

  • The entire plumbing service was upgraded along with all new group and individual restrooms provided.
