Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update
To our valued clients and partners,
We have been monitoring the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic.
We emphasize the importance to protect the health of our HEAPY colleagues, their families, our clients and our communities while continuing to provide the high-quality services and performance to our clients. We are implementing protocols following the recommendations of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and our national and local government officials starting March 16th.
- We are implementing our resiliency of IT infrastructure by allowing many of our colleagues to work remotely.
- We have implemented recommended distancing policies to limit person to person exposure by leveraging our technology for web collaboration and telecommunication. Our project managers will be stay in contact with our clients as normal.
- Our leadership group is meeting daily to maintain an informed and appropriate response to this ever-changing situation.
