Karla is the Energy Loan Fund Program Coordinator for the Ohio Department of Development. She earned her Master or Arts in African Studies from Ohio University and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Science from Shawnee State University. Prior to taking this role, Karla spent three years as a Project Manager for a solar company based in West Virginia. During her time there, she was proud to be part of the largest non-profit solar installation in West Virginia.
